Confidentiality: information systems must be accessible only to those customers, suppliers and other interested parties, maintaining data privacy and the secrecy of industrial property.
Integrity: information systems must guarantee the maintenance of truthfulness and transparency to preserve their accuracy and correctness.
Availability: Information systems should ensure a level of accessibility and resources so that users can access the systems they need.
Prevention: specific plans and lines of work will be developed aimed at preventing fraud, non-compliance or incidents related to information security.
Arrest and response: services will be continuously monitored to detect anomalies in the levels of service provision and act accordingly by responding effectively, through the mechanisms established for this purpose.
Continuous improvement: the degree of compliance with the safety improvement objectives planned annually and the degree of effectiveness of the security controls implemented will be reviewed, in accordance with the commitments of this policy.
